The book ‘Contracts and Ruses’ is a narration regarding the agents of purchasing the chemical warfare which were used by the Iraqi Baathist regime during the Iran-Iraq war era.

After a while with some guile and cunning falls in love with the daughter of Saddam Hussein and he gets married with Saddam’s daughter. Hussein Kamel becomes the nuclear man of the Iraqi regime. During the Iran-Iraq war he was a man who was responsible to purchase the most developed and modern nuclear weapons from United States of America for the Iraqi regime. Eventually Hussein Kamel was killed with the charges of treasons to Iraq. The abovementioned book is written about this issue and it discusses all the realities in details.
In a section of the text we can read that Hussein Kamel speaks about dealing with a German company: Many intensive conflicts took place between Iran and Iraq.
