Chemical Veteran, Ali Mula Mahdi, Joins Martyrs

Navideshahed: Confined in Sasan Hospital in the last months of the previous Persian year because of his chemical injuries, chemical veteran, Ali Mula Mahdi, passed away in the evening of the day before yesterday.

Ali Mula Mahdi, an Islamic Revolution and Holy Defense veteran, who was under intensive care in Sasan Hospital from the last months of the previous Persian year, passed away at 5:30 p.m. the day before yesterday (April 3, 2012) and joined other martyrs.

A funeral procession will be held for him today at 9 a.m. from Darkhoongah Quarter, West 15 Khordad Street, to Behesht-e-Zahra Graveyard, where he will be buried.

Martyr Ali Mula Mahdi got chemically injured in Valfajr 8 and Karbela 5 operations; he also lost one of his legs when treading on a mine in West Iran war zones.

The shell fragments in his body and his chemical injuries made Physicians hold no hope of cure for him from 5 to 6 years ago. However, the waiting ended for this loyal soldier of Imam Khomeini and Islamic Revolution yesterday evening, and he finally joined other martyrs in heaven.
