(Martyr Babaee's wife and relatives)
That night the General called his wife, who was in Mecca, from Hamedan?
Mrs. Babaee who was extraordinarily excited asked, "Abbas when are you coming back?" I'm looking forward to seeing you! He said quietly, while he was cleaning the sweat off his forehead, "Be sure that I will be with you at Qorban Feast.
His conversation with his wife continued a few minutes.
Finally, Abbass asked her to pray for him, and the telephone call was cut off.
A moment later, Mrs. Babaee's face turned pale and she said to herself with a trembling voice, "Why did he say this? Why did he ask me for praying?" earnestly, "Oh God! Oh God! Protect Abbass!" and then she wept bitterly.
At the crack of dawn, following that night, Martyr Babaee left Hamedan for Tehran. As soon as they set off, he fell asleep due to being tired.
Mr. Goodarzi, Martyr Babaee's driver, narrated, "We had traveled only a short distance of the road when suddenly Abbass woke up with a start and looked around. Everywhere seemed dark to him, then he tapped his head and smiled, I had a look at through the rear view mirror and said, "Why are you smiling"
He uttered a sigh and said,
"I was just dreaming."There's something good, God willing!""
Without saying a word he took one pear out of his packet and gave it to me and said, "Take it and eat it my dear son!"
I had a look at him and said, "Why don't you eat it yourself?"
He said, "I will, but first, you help yourself, because you're tired!"
Early in the morning General Babaee entered the operation office and said to the aide, "Fetch pilot Aghnamian's file!" When they fetched the file, the first page of it was a letter concerning a request for a loan. He signed it and said to his aide, "Take necessary measures about Mr. Aghnaman's loan promptly!"
Then he went on, "I haven't seen him. Aoplozgize on my behalf and tell him that I could not see him.
Then he said farewell and left the room. That day he did everything he had to do. Then he said good bye and left the room, on that day he had everything done, then he left for home to see his mother-in-law and his children, Salma, Hossein and Mohammad.
A few hours passed, he set out towards Qazvin, accompanied by Mousa Sadeqi. It was midnight when they arrived in Qazvin. Abbass got off in front of his father's house and as usual he knocked at the small window beside the door. A few moments later his mother opened the door.
After kissing each other, he said to his mother, "Is father asleep?"
Mother answered, "Yes, my son! He is asleep"
He said, "I want to awake him."
Mother said, "You can see him at prayer time when he wakes up."
He said, "No mother, I am in a hurry I can't wait". I can't stay, I have an important mission." He want to his father's bedside, took a look at his face, bent, and kissed his cheeks. Haj Esmaeil opened his eyes and said, "Dear Abbass! You're here?"
He said, "Yes, but I should go back very quickly. I have an important mission.
Father said, "But dear Abbass! We have some ceremonies on Qorban day. We have also got things for you to do. You must be here" He said, "OK. Dear father! So, plan me a small role. God willing, I'll be here at Qorban feast."
After an hour, Abbass said good bye to his parents and went away.
The car left the city behind. Abbass took his prayer booklet out of his pocket and began to read prayers.
It was four in the morning that they arrived at Hamedan Base and went directly to the guesthouse. Abbass turned to Mousa Sadeqi.
And said, "You go to bed. I'll pay a visit to the base quarters." Then he left for the military camp.
An hour later, the sun had just risen when a fighter landed, roaring on the runway, and a few minutes later entered the ramp. The cabin opened and General Babaee climbed down the fighter's steps and went directly to the guesthouse.
General Babaee and Col. Bakhtiari began to discuss the new mission. A few hours later, he along with Col. Baheri, the commander of Hamedan Base went toward the flight line of the fighters.
General Babaee and Col. Bakhtiari got into the cabin and said good-bye to Col. Baheri, waving their hands. A few moments after rechecking the plane at the beginning of the runway, General Babaee noticed that there was something wrong with the tracking system of the plane. For this reason he notified the control tower that he plane was returning to the ramp for trouble-shooting.
A few minutes later, the plane was fixed and General Babaee and Col. Bakhtiari soared into the sky. An hour later, after the enemy's armored equipment had been set to fire by the rage of the brave enemy hunters and its flames were flaring into the sky, they returned to Tabriz Base.
