The present research is aimed at comparing behavioral characteristics of the shahed and non _ shahed children where one of the parents is alive or their mothers have remarried. The methodology of the research is causative _ comparative. The population of the research is composed of 5 different groups. The volume of the research samples in each group is 60 persons, the number of which in total is 300 students. They have been chosen at random. The means of research is questionnaire. With regard to the presented hypotheses the results indicate that the shahed students whose mothers did not remarry have had fewer disorders in comparison to those whose mothers remarried. All in all in this research contrary to many researches where remarriage of mothers has been considered as a stressor, in this research it has had positive effect on children.
