Wife of Martyr Alamdar: His Voice Wakes Me Up for Morning Prayers

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - I feel Martyr Alamdar’s presence in all moments of life. And it has been sometime that I wake up for morning prayers with the sound of his breath.

In a special interview with Navideshahed; Sayedeh Fatemeh Mousavi, wife of Janbaz Martyr (War wounded and martyred) Sayed Mojtaba Alamdar and his daughter, Zahra spoke about untold stories about their life in absence of father. As for moral characteristics of Martyr Alamdar, his wife said: “I feel Martyr Alamdar’s presence in all moments of life. And it has been sometime that I wake up for morning prayers with the sound of his breath. He was very kind and religious. He always told the truth. He protected truth and always attached priority to cultural affairs. After war, he had told us that he would not be alive more than five years. And it was true.”? She further said: “I liked to consider my husband’s opinion prior to mine when making a decision. I did really believe in Mojtaba. And I knew that he tells commands of Islam; so, I became very happy when he suggested the name “Zahra”? for our daughter.”? Zahra Alamdar, the daughter o martyr is studying at second year of high school. As for the presence of her father in life, she has her own special explanation. She said: “I owe all the good grades I get in my lessons to my father. His presence is in all parts of my life. I feel his presence both in sadness and happiness. And I feel his presence especially when I am alone or upset about something. I talk with him and tell him: It wouldn’t become like this if you were here. Then father has a meaningful look at me. And I feel shy about myself. And I tell myself why I said that.”? Daughter of Martyr Alamdar further added: “I go to his tomb when I really feel his absence. I don’t have a memory about him. And it bothers me; but most of times I speak with him. I cry and shout at him.”? Zahra was going to cry. But she controlled herself and said: “Being the daughter of Martyr Alamdar is green color. I make sure he is satisfied with me when he laughs.”? Zahra spoke about his wishes too. She said: “I dreamed of him once. He said I should become a doctor. He even told me I should be specialist in heart and brain. He told me I should not take money from the poor people. I ask him to make me improve and become a real human when I speak to him.”?
