The present research aims at evaluating the effects of social factors, religious values, self confidence, education environment and family circle on the identity crisis of the shahed students in high school. The research methodology is statistical and the research community includes all the high school shahed students in Tekab and Shahin Dejh during the academic year of 2002-2003. The research samples include 90 high school shahed male and female students in Tekab and Shahin Dejh, In this research all the community members of research have been investigated. The means of research includes a questionnaire with 52 questions made by the researcher. In order to analyze the data collected descriptive statistics, deductive statistics including the T-Test for separate groups, coordination correlation test, and single way analytical variance test were used. The findings of this research indicates that there is a meaningful relationship between the weaknesses of the religious values, weakness of self confidence, education facilities and education performance with the identity crisis phenomenon. In addition there is not a significant relationship between variables such as security of the family, flexibility of the family, gender, academic degree, family income, number of the family members, employment and parents’ literacy with identity crisis phenomenon.
