One Priority to Discuss the Bill of Amendment of the Constitution Law of Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affair Proposed to Board of Directors of Parliament

Representative of Tabriz in parliament said: “Following the agreement of the supreme leader on reunion of different foundations which are active in the fields of martyrs and isargaran and establishing Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs in the country, Supreme Administrative Council has announced in May 2004 that the new reunified organization would be administered based on the previous constitution law of Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs. It has notified that the new constitution law should be compiled and presented in one year. The mentioned foundations are namely Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs, Janbazan Foundation and the Headquarters to carry out the affairs of released captives.”? He added: “despite three years passing since mentioned approval, the proposed constitution law has not been yet finally approved by the parliament. The total proposed constitution law has been merely approved. And it will not be certainly approved by the end of the year if it continues the normal process. And it will cause numerous problems for Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs.”? The member of Isargaran Fraction of the Parliament concluded: “Any type of obstacle for Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs will directly influence on how they provide pecuniary and spiritual services. To this end we make efforts to execute article of law No 159 and discuss this bill with priority.”?
