A Member of Scientific Board of University Told Shahed: Martyrs Are Pride Documents of the Society

According to the report he added: “There are four main and precious elements in human life. Law, freedom, positions and public facilities are essential for a human to continue his life. And respected and great people should be assigned to important jobs.”? As for the four elements, Saleh Hasanzadeh said: “These four factors should exist at the society in order that life is in accordance with human dignity. When some people want to act against these factors –which are people’s rights- and want to take their rights, then brave people will stand against them. And those brave people are martyrs. They actually hold the flag of such great culture. Hence, martyrdom culture is a culture which is created by such people to resist against the enemies of Islam and Muslims. For Islam is the base of Muslim’s lives. And when Islam and other factors of their lives are in danger and are destroyed, they stand against it. And a culture in which teaches the Muslims to resist is the same great culture of martyrdom and self sacrifice.”? Martyrdom culture is a complete and comprehensive culture. It is not subsidiary of any other cultures. We can not call it a subculture; because it means a small culture is the subsidiary of a great culture while it is not so. Martyrdom culture has resisted against all cruelties and injustices. During its path, it improves all human affairs and leads them to high points of morality. These are the martyrs and brave people who have reached fulfillment in this regard. And it is and eternal culture while subcultures are destroyed after some years, Saleh Hasanzadeh added. Freedom of people rots from self sacrifice if the combatants of the sacred defense. Martyrs are the pride documents of a society. In order to be proud of them we should continue their way and behavior. Considering existence of eternal myths, it is not fair to say martyrdom culture is a subculture. Martyrdom culture should be popularized among the youth. We should notice to two points in this regard. The first one if that officials, teachers and clerics should join universities, mosques and Islamic Promotion Organization and lead the thought of the young people to the path of martyrs’ culture. And this objective will not be achieved with merely nice lectures and no action. They hear lectures and see those who don’t act based on their sayings and words. Then there will be lots of contradictions on their minds and thoughts. The second point is that different religious, promotional and scientific organizations should analyze the subject well for their addressees who are the youth. They should reflect the reality as it was, Saleh Hasanzadeh told Shahed reporter. Referring to naming current year as “National Unity and Islamic Solidarity”? by the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, Hasanzadeh said: “Muslims in all around the world should resist against cruel governments like a dam made by their beliefs.”?
