The clerics have granted 4500 martyrs to the Islamic Revolution

The representative of the supreme leader in Hazrat Abbas (AS) Corps for Ardabil city pointed out to this issue that clerics are proud that they have granted 4500 martyrs to Islam during the Sacred Defense Era and he said: "Ardabil province has 48 cleric martyrs.”

According to Navideshahed report quoted by Shabestan News Agency, Hojjat Ol Islam Hassan Kamali Far, the representative of supreme leader in Hazrat Abbas (AS) Corps for Aradabil city today noon (September 8, 2012) during a press conference on the threshold of cleric martyrs commemoration told the reporters: "One of the prides of Shiite clerics is that they have always been a sharer of people’s pains and suffering and they have been the pioneers in the fields of Jihad and fighting too.”

He also pointed out to this issue that the clerics resorted and relied on innocent Imams (AS) and they were present in the toughest battles and he added: "The presence of the clerics in the battlefields would boost the morale and belief atmosphere of the Jihad and battlefields.”

Hojjat Ol Islam Hassan Kamali Far pointed out to this issue that the clerics have granted 4500 martyrs to Islam and he stated: "The number of martyr clerics is 12 times the other classes of the society and in other words it can be said that from each 1000 clerics, 48 clerics reached the high position of martyrdom.”

The representative of the supreme leader in Hazrat Abbas (AS) Corps for Ardabil city notified: "The location of the each 48 cleric martyrs in the province include 11 martyrs in Ardabil, 10 martyrs in Khalkhal, seven martyrs in Meshgin Shahr, six martyrs in Garmi, four martyrs in Pars Abad, one martyr in Aslandouz and one martyr in Sarein.”

He also remembered this text that the purpose of holding this congress is transferring the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom and the intellectual values to the young generation and he stipulated: "The country and nation of Iran owe the sacrifices of these respectful men who raised the flag of Iran forever. Therefore our duty is familiarizing the young generation with this issue also we should glorify and honor their sacrifices as well.”

Hojjat Ol Islam Hassan Kamali Far also pointed out to this issue that during an era in which that the world has been mobilized against Iran with all of its equipments and facilities and the arrogance systems attempt to impose sanctions against Iran in order to paralyze this country and he added: "Today against the soft war of enemy we must do many activities deeply and effectively. Also holding such commemorations in this field could be useful and beneficial.”

This authority in another section of his speech pointed out to this matter that a foundation has been established in the governorship in order to follow up the works related to this congress and he added: "Completing the statistics of cleric martyrs, holding commemorations for cleric martyrs in the provinces, providing documentaries related to the cleric martyrs, publishing the books of these respectful martyrs, constructing the statues, installing the photos on glazed tiles, holding the exhibition of sacrifice manifestations in the galleries and holding sport matches under the name of cleric martyrs are some of the activities which have been done in this field.”

Hojjat Ol Islam Hassan Kamali Far stated: "Today according to the confession of enemy, all the obstacles and sanctions have been useless and we were able to neutralize the effects of the sanctions and probable dangers by the strategic management that we had and we made these threats into opportunity.”

He continued: "Today we are under the shade of martyrs’ blood and the resistance of people and obeying the Islamic Guardianship in the current situation in the best and most ideal situation and we have all of these prides due to the blood of martyrs and we owe the blood of the martyrs.”

The representative of the supreme leader in Hazrat Abbas (AS) Corps for Ardabil city at the end of his words pointed out to holding a commemoration for 48 cleric martyrs in Ardabil province on the next Wednesday at the same time of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Sasegh (AS) in Sarallah religious center of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Ardabil city and he called the people of Ardabil city to attend this commeration and to exhibit their loyalty and passion for the martyrs and war veterans.”
