Saudi Regime Trying to Destroy Shiites' Mosques in Al-Awamia
Navideshahed: The news sources reported that the Saudi Regime has decided to demolish one of the Shiites mosques in Al-Avamiyeh city and they detained the constructor of this mosque as well.
According to Fars News Agency quoting Al-Jazeera News Agency, the Saudi Arabia authorities on Saturday detained Haj Majid Hassan Al-Namar by the charges of constructing the Ein Imam Hussein (AS) mosque.
The Saudi Arabia authorities threatened this citizen of Al-Avamiyeh city that he must demolish the mosque or he will remain in the detainment.
Ein Imam Hussein (AS) mosque is located in Al-Dowakhi neighborhood close to the public cemetery of Al-Avamiyeh city. Also Haj Majid Hassan Al-Namar has constructed it and monitors it and he believes that the endowed land of the mosque is for Imam Hussein (AS), but someone has claimed that he owns this land and this issue has caused that the Saudi authorities to threaten him to demolish the mosque or they will keep Haj Majid Hassan Al-Namar in detainment.
Many of the inhabitants of Al-Avamiyeh city witness that this land is an endowed land and no one owns it and it is considered a piece of land where there was a spring and the surrounding palm dates would be irrigated by this spring.
The people of Al-Avamiyeh city and the worshippers emphasize their opposition for the destruction of this mosque and they have considered the abovementioned decision as an oppressive and violent decision. Also they say that the claim which has been stated in this regards is absolutely false and the implementation of this decision will lead to the dissatisfaction of people.
