Sadr and His 2 Comapnions Are Alive

Navideshahed: \"Former Libyan regime authorities had tried to bribe Sadr Family to persuade them not to pursue Imam Musa Sadr\'s case,\" said Imam Musa Sadr\'s sister.

According to Navideshahed quoting Fars News Agency, sister of Imam Musa Sadr in an interview with the TV channel Al-Mayadin said that some of the Libyan authorities of Gaddafi’s regime made several futile attempts to bribe the Sadr family to dissuade them from pursuing the abducted cleric’s fate.

The Lebanese Shia cleric, who is of Iranian descent, is widely believed to have been abducted on the orders of former Libyan officials.

Robab Sadr added that the regime of Gaddafi made several futile attempts to bribe the Sadr family to dissuade them from pursuing the abducted cleric’s fate.

She said that certain Libyan officials of the Gaddafi government had repeatedly offered bribes, through Lebanese mediators, to Sadr’s family in exchange for closing his case, but they rejected them all.

She said that Gaddafi was known for using bribe to close many cases, in which he had a hand, including the Lockerbie and the UTA flight bombings.

Sister of Imam Musa Sadr said: Gaddafi though we are the same as others and they attempted to solve the issues by paying money and in many cases they contacted us through some Lebanese mediators, but they did not reach their goals.

She continued: “From the beginning of kidnapping, we considered the story of Imam Musa Sadr as the story of a nation not a family.”?

Robab Sadr said: “there is evidence to prove that Sadr and his two companions are alive still in Libya.”?

She in another section of her words pointed out to the speech of Imam Musa Sadr during his stay in Lebanon and to the issue that he had been always sad due to the lack of attentions of the Lebanese government.
