Today's Conditions are More Critical than that of Holy Defense

According to Navideshahed, General Jaffari, the IRGC Commander in Chief, attended the Great Congress of Mighat Salehin in the Koran Fair and he said: “There is no doubt that the presence of youths in Koran circles and discussion related to the social and cultural affairs is considered as a preamble for the greater jobs and this work plays the effective role of Basij in constructional Jihad and cultural affairs.”?

“The collection of the activities which must be done against the soft war including the political, economic and social fields only based on this condition that you attend these circles continuously and to be educated and to get prepared for the commission of Basij,”? he added.

General Jaffari also referred to the sensitivity of revolution conditions and he said: “Tody the Islamic Revolution of Iran is being expanded so fast and its main center is the Islamic Republic of Iran, therefore we can claim that today’s situation is more sensitive than that of Holy Defense.”?

“The Basijis must not imagine that they only need military preparedness, because the Islamic Revolution is staying in a condition which is facing with the most important and sensitive threats including the political threats and the soft war. Therefore the Basijis who attend the piety circles must empower themselves in order to get ready to fight against these conspiracies. Also the society must be prepared against these conspiracies as well,”? he said.

According to this, in this congress, General Kazemeini also described the meaning of Mighat Salehin and he said: “At the moment 16000 circles exist in Tehran that today in the mid of Ramadan month, 481 circles from 72 headquarters of women and men have attended the Tehran International Koran Fair.”?

“We could form 21 more bands until the end of 2013 Q1 with more planning. For now all the leaders of these groups are passing some professional courses. Also we have considered 98 teachers for our educational programs and 23 coaches have been considered for Tehran city and their meetings will be held separately,”? he added.
