Shahed Publications is at its Peak; the Application of Martyrdom Culture is more Effective than Atomic Weapons

Supreme Leader's representative in the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs during this visit in an exclusive interview with Navideshahed said: “Fortunately Shahed Publication in the section of Research and Cultural Communication center is one of the most successful parts of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs and the working subject of these respectful persons is promoting the culture of Sacrifice and Martyrdom; in fact it could be considered as the most sacred subjects and the most important duty for the Islamic System, but this responsibility has been given to the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs and Shahed Publication.”?
Hujjat al-Islam Rahimiyan at the continuation of his words said: “We believe that the application and deployment of the martyrdom culture is higher than the use of atomic weapons and all the military weapons and higher materialistic facilities, so promoting such a culture for sure has a great value as well.”?

He added: “Shahed Publication has been a healthy collection from the beginning and it has conducted many good activities as well; also during the recent years it has reached it climax by presence of some great characters such as Mr. Faghih and his colleagues. This publication has been improved both in quantity which has the highest number of the books related to the martyrs and culture of sacrifice and martyrdom and in terms of quality which is getting better day by day and it gets higher ranking gradually as well.”?

He at the continuation of his words declared: “The issue of distribution has been a permanent problem of religious works for us during many years that despite of the barriers which we have in this field, but Shahed Publication has been successful abundantly in this field, but we are never convinced; in fact the valuable works must be distributed in the community with a circulation of 100.000 copies, so still we have a long path to pass in the field of distribution and presentation of such works and I hope that more activities to be done in this field specially in the framework of Islamic Publishers Assembly. As a result we can expand this cultural issue for the Iranian nation and also all the Muslim nations of the world specially those countries that have Shiites all around the world.”?

Hujjat al-Islam Rahimiyan emphasized: “The most expert person in our country is the supreme leader in the field of book. What he expressed regarding book, book reading and presenting and producing books must be compiled and to be used as the guidance light in the way of success.”?

The representative of supreme leader in the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans at the end of his words expressed his regrets and complaints regarding the atmosphere of the book fair and he stated: “Unfortunately the unclean atmosphere of the book fair and the bad veil of some persons who have come here with unreasonable appearance make the heart of very Muslim to ache, and it is clear that the enemies of Islam are planning such works behind the curtain in order to ruing such cultural atmospheres of our country. So the authorities must be wise and aware of this issue and to act accurately.”?
