A Strange Gift

That night when they performed their evening and night prayer and took their dinner, they gathered in the commander’s rifle pit and they talked about different issues. The talks and discussions were continued until midnight and when they wanted to leave and say good bye to the war veterans, Haj Agh put a white package in front of Mr. Saboori Zadeh.

At first the commander did not wish to accept that, but since they urged so much, he accepted that.

The soldier had been frightened badly and he looked around himself where the dead man who had wore the shroud and lied inside the rifle pit?

Still Saboori Zadeh had not taken off the shroud, suddenly he saw Haj Agha and his accompaniers so close to the rifle pit. All of them got so surprised and looked at the commander and Haj Agha apologized regarding the gift, because until that moment he was unaware of the content inside the gift.

Gradually it was light and morning and the same soldier went to the commander and he awakened the commander and he told him that Haj Agh is waiting for him outside the rifle pit.

When the commander got out of the rifle pit, he saw Haj Agha and his accompaniers with a sheep outside of the rifle pit. The driver of the truck took the sheep around the commander several times and he beheaded the sheep in the same place as a sign of victimization for the commander.
