Brigadier 40 with 1600 Martyrs is the Most Loyal Unit to Islamic Revolution

According to Fars News Agency's correspondent in Ardebil, Commander Ali Reza Siyami today morning in the coordination meeting for marching of armed forces on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 in Ardebil city said: “The Army brigade 40 was considered as one of the tactical complexes of the Holy Defense in a way that during 16 operations launched many sacrifices.”?

He also pointed out to some of the findings and results of brilliant case of this brigade and he outlined: “The most important and outstanding operation that the Army brigade 40 take part in during the Holy Defense took place in Meimak war zone and during this operation, this brigade was able to defend Islam, revolution and its values.”?

The commander of the independent Army brigade 40 honored the remembrance of martyrs and he honored the war veterans and devotees of the eight year war of Iran-Iraq war and he said: “This brigade during the Holy Defense had more than 2650 devotees for the Islamic system.”?

Siyami at the continuation of his words referred to this issue that the Army forces did many sacrifices during the Iran-Iraq war with their commitment and sincerity and they were the defenders of valuable findings and he added: “The army by preserving discipline and special decoration, belief, spirituality and commitment was the defender of the Iranian territories and lands and it will never give up these features too.”?

According to Fars News Agency from Ardebil, the member of Safeguarding Council of the province continued: “During the initial days of Islamic Revolution, the strong Army of Iran was considered as one of the obedient soldiers for the Islamic guardianship and it was able to neutralize the internal conspiracies of enemy and after this conflict, it proved its strengths and power during the Holy Defense as well.”?

Siyami at the continuation of his words said: “In order to honor these days, the Army brigade 40 held different cultural and sports programs during the Army week which started from April 11 and it was completed by marching on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.”?

"The marching of armed forces is started from 9 o’clock tomorrow and it will be continued until 12:30 and we will try to hold different programs including representation of military equipments and software and hardware facilities,”? he added.

According to Siami, the march is a physical manifestation to show the power of armed forces specially the preparedness of the Army in defending the lands and territories of country and he declared: “In Ardebil province, the stable security exists so well and despite of having of more than 370 km joint borders with Republic of Azerbaijan, but we have no security problems in the province.”?
