Iranian martyrs proved that it is possible to pass the way of 100 years during one night and Davoud was one of these martyrs indeed; He was only 21 years old, but he had a great desire for martyrdom in the way of Islam.

In his will he had recommended his belief sisters and brothers: “In order Islam to blossom and gives fruits, it needs our blood and tolerance of difficulties.”?

Now we should ask this question that what is this massive mysticism that the lovers of Gods spirit have found that and they have passed the path of God blood with prides and visions.

He was born in a religious family in June 1965. The family of Danesh Kohan got so happy when they observed that their son was born.

Davoud Danesh Kohan spent his childhood by taking part in the religious ceremonies and mourning for religious Imams; that is why he got habited to the spirit of Islam and Koran so well from the beginning of his lifetime.

This respectful martyr accomplished his elementary and guidance schools. After getting diploma in the field of Mathematics he was accepted for university in the field of Materials Engineering; but since he had a great passion and love for religious affairs, his way was changed.

That is why he entered the Qom seminary and by his efforts and serious struggles learnt the seminary sciences and he became a student of the school of Imam Sadegh (AS).

During the same time, he did not put the cultural Jihad away from his mind that is why he started his activities seriously in the library of Imam Hassan Asgari (AS) mosque located in the holy Qom city. He attempted so much to propagate the religion of Shiites and guiding the teenagers and youths.

When the Iran-Iraq war started, it could be considered as a real battle for the lovers of Imam Khomeini. They danced in the ground so well in a way that the world will never forget the greatness of such humans forever and the world will always honor the spirits of these great martyrs.

When the war began, the young man Davoud could not stay at home. He had active and effective presence in the battlefields of Iran-Iraq war era; he was injured during his first presence in the war zone ‘Kheibar’. When his injury was recovered, he went back to the battlefields of Iran-Iraq war once again. Eventually this respectful man was martyred in 1986 in Majnoon Island due to a mortar rocket attack and he said ‘am I here Imam Hussein (AS)’ and then his body was buried in the public cemetery.

Martyr Davoud Danesh Kohan in a section of his testament has suggested the Islamic nation to do the following issues: “Islam is considered as a tree which needs our blood and tolerance of difficulties in order to blossom and give fruits. So my brothers try with your thought, language, pen and life cooperate with revolution and Imam Khomeini and try to accompany and support him all the times; we should think about this issue so deeply and to understand the message of our revolution and beloved Imam as well. We should never abandon our Islamic guardianship and Islam at all and you should never give up and stop your struggles against the pressures of foreign superpowers and the domestic agents who are their hired men.”?
