The diplomacy rules have been performed in order to keep a balance in the world, but the United States of America has a control on that, so it is only the United States of America which can ignore the rules of this game.

The other countries not only they are obliged to obey the rules of this international game; but also they should not express that it is only a game. In the field of diplomacy, it could be similar to acting in a film; although it is more difficult than acting in a film; because the rules are not dependent to a certain and determined presentation. The Diplomacy game is also the game of death and anyone who loses in this game, he/she should die, yes the real death will take place; it is not enough the actor to play the role of dieing, because in this game there is only losing and nothing else could be seen than losing.

…So how long should we tolerate this game? What is the condition of being survived in this world; maybe we should behave logically, but logic also has a special definition for itself. Logic means giving up…the logical person is the person who accept the current situation and to avoid doing something that is against the rules of current situation, though the people might have faced with a situation like the situation which occurred for the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina and they were killed by the most cruel persons of the history.

The offer of establishing an integrated Islamic Army to fight against the crusader atrocities of racism Serbs clears this issue that what is necessary in this field is the unity of Muslims by Islam. The voices of all the fighters is the same as each other and as long as the voice of innocent children of Bosnia and Herzegovina is head under the blades of cruel persons in the earth, no father can live peacefully and without any concerns and to watch the laughter of his child comfortably.

The Muslims of all around the world are now ready to register their names in and integrated Islamic Army and to be arranged in regular battalions and armies; because until the crusaders and racist exist in the earth, we should expect that a disaster such as the disaster of Bosnia and Herzegovina to occur in any part of the world.
