Navideshahed: Born in August 1946 in Ilvar Village of Gorgan, Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Ali Rohanifard was the first Head of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Department in Kordkouy and Torkman Port. In one of his missions in 1985, the plane carrying him and some senior officials to Ahvaz was attacked by an Iraqi fighter and he and all his companions were killed.
