Martyr Janbozorgi's Life Story to be Published under Title

“The stories of this book are not only related to the time that martyr Jan Bozorgi was present in the battlefields of Iran-Iraq war, but also the other parts of his lifetime have been illustrated in the book too. When I was writing this book, I did not choose a name for it," she said.

Martyr Saeed Jan Bozorgi was born on March 3, 1966 in Rei city. He started photography in 1985. In 1996 he graduated from University as a master student in the field of photography. He was a superior student in the university as well.

Jan Bozorgi was actively present in the battlefields of Iran-Iraq war, during the final three years of the war. He was the deputy for the Cultural Center of the Army 27 of Mohammad Rasul Allah as wlel.

The other activities of martyr Saeed Jan Bozorgi include taking photos from Mecca in 1999 and 2000. The photos which were taken by him were used in the books Imposed War Era, Defense Against Aggression (sixth volume) and Resistance Epic.

Saeed Jan Bozorgi was killed in action on July 13, 2002 due to the consequences of chemical weapons which had been deployed against Iranians by the brutal regime of Saddam Hussein. The book ‘Photography in war’ is the master thesis and the only written document which has been left from this respectful martyr.
