The Body of 50 Holy Defense Martyrs to Return Home

According to Navideshahed quoting Fars News Agency, 50 Holy Defense martyrs have been buried near in Vasit Province of Iraq near the border of Mehran County in Ilam Province.

\"We had a meeting with Iraqi Vasit Province Governor before the Blessed Month of Ramadan in which we discussed over the return of martyrs bodies to Iran, and the Iraqi Governor said that he would be informing us on the matter after he proposed that to Iraqi Government,\" said Alaei.

\"We pursued the matter in one of Vasit Governor\'s trips to Ilam, and he told us that Iraqi Governement had agreed with the transfer of martyrs\' bodies to Iran,\" Alaei asserted.

\"The bodies of Iranian martyrs will be actually exchanged for killed Iraqi soldiers during Iran-Iraq war by representatives from both countries,\" Alaei reiterated.
