Martyr Sayad Shirazi Commemoration Plans Explained

According to Navideshahed quoting the Iranian Student’s News Agency (ISNA), Colonel Jawad Khodadad Zadeh in a press conference for the commemoration of martyr Sayad Shirazi in Shahid Shirazi Army Staff Headquarters of the Army 77 of Samen Al-Ameh added: “The Army Staff Headquarters of Martyr Sayad Shirazi consists of 9 committees under the chairmanship of Khorasan Rezavi Governor.”?

He also pointed out that before the main commemoration for martyrdom of Martyr Sayad Shirazi we aim to hold some other programs along with the commemorations of other martyrs in Mashhad schools and he said: “Until now 15 commemorations of different martyrs along with the commemoration of martyr Sayad Shirazi have been held in the schools of Mashhad city. The commemorations of martyr Sayad Shirazi and martyr Gholami have been the main events that have been held based on the collaboration of Ministry of Education of Khorasan Razavi province.”?

The cultural authority of the Khorasan Army 77 of Samen Al-Ameh referred to the commemoration of martyr Sayad Shirazi in the Ministry of Education of Khorasan Razavi province and he mentioned: “During the commemoration that was held in the Ministry of Education for Khorasan Razavi province, more htan 400 teachers were appreciated.”?

He also announced that the matches titled ‘Having a Heart like Sayad’ and ‘Glory Prayer’ will be held and he outlined: “The time of holding the match ‘Having a heart like Sayad’ is not determined yet, but it is supposed to be held in March 2012 at the same time with the martyrdom anniversary of Sayad Shirazi.

Also according to the collaboration of Prayer Staff of Khorasan Rezavi the match ‘Hearts’ relevant to martyr Sayad Shirazi will be held in the current year too.

Colonel Khodadad Zadeh said: “The multimedia software ‘Liberal Man’ which expresses the biography and living method of major general Sayad Shirazi which has been provided by Mashhad Municipality and it is going to be unveiled soon.”?

He also announced that a meeting regarding familiarity with Koran will be held by the Islamic Development Organization and the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Religious Seminary.

He stated: “Until now three meetings for the purpose of familiarity with Koran have been held in Mashhad city mosques and were going to hold six more meetings in this field as well.”?

Colonel Khodadad Zadeh announced that the poets of Khorasan Rezavi have many interests to express pomes about the abovementioned subjects and he said: “ Until now 40 relics from the poets of the province have been sent to the secretariat of martyr Sayad Shirazi”?

He also mentioned that the books the relics and books which have been published about martyr Sayad Shirazi are 59 relics and he said: “Based on the collaboration of the Foundation for Preservation of Holy Works and Values it is supposed that a booth to be considered for the relics of martyr Sayad Shirazi in the main library of Khorasan Rezavi province. Also at the same time of commemoration of martyr Sayad Shirazi, three book titles regarding martyr Sayad Shirazi are going to be published by the cooperation of the Foundation for Preservation of Holy Works and Values and the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs.”?

Colonel Khodadad Zadeh pointed out to the scientific committee of the commemoration of martyr Sayad Shirazi and he mentioned: “The scientific committee of this commemoration has started its work in the universities of Ferdousi, Azad and Payam Noor of Mashhad city. The programs include holding scientific congresses by presence of university professors and experts.”?

He also referred to the song of two musician group of the Army 77 of Samen Al-Ameh and the Musician Group of Esfahan Artillery and he said: “The song has been provided by the cooperation of IRIB and it will be broadcasted as well. Also a television set in 13 sections regarding the characteristics of martyr Sayad Shirazi along with a documentary serial in seven sections are going to be produced by IRIB as well.”?

“A representation set which is about the life and characteristics of martyr Sayad Shirazi has been produced in Mashhad city which will be released soon in Imam Reza Artistic Complex located in Park Melat”?, Colonel Khodadad Zadeh added.
