No Entry, a War Satiric Short Story

Navideshahed: The satire ‘No Entry’ of Akbar Sahrayee which is the newest book of this writer is passing the final stages of revision. He is supposed to send his book to the Satire Office of the Artistic center for ultimate review soon.

According to Navideshahed Quoting Public Relations of Sureh Mehr Publication, Akbar Sahrayee regarding his new book said: “It is the second book that I have written in the form of satire. The first book that had been writing in a form of satire titled ‘A sleepy rocket’ that was written in the field of Sacred Defense Era literature.”?

He described: “The book ‘No Entry’ consists of three volumes and their titles include: ‘Camel Ambulance’ which includes 20 shorts stories, ‘The battalion of Quails’ that includes 20 short stories and the third one is titled ‘One shift for jinn and one shift for humans’ which consists of 23 short stories.”?

Sahrayee regarding his objective for writing these books said: “The main objective of the book ‘No Entry’ is to familiarize the readers with the culture of war and battlefields and this book has some characteristics which have been rarely under attention; because the book has attempted to pay attention to the funny, jokes and excitement of the war.”?

It should be noted that the recently published book of Sahrayee was “Preserver of Seven”? which was unveiled in Shiraz city a few months ago. The book ‘Preserver of Seven’ is a novel regarding the trip of the supreme leader to Shiraz city in 2008.

It should be noted that the book ‘They still laugh’ consists of 44 short stories is another book which has been written by Sahrayee. This book was written in the field of Sacred Defense Era as well and it was published by Sureh Mehr publication. The book has been published for the fourth time.
