Khorramshahr Was Liberated This Way

Over 25 days passing from the beginning of the military operation “Beitol Moghadas”?, the commanders were not able to reach to their target that was liberation of Khorramshahr, though they did many efforts in this field.
The forces were completely exhausted and needed reconstruction. On the other hand according to the previous stage of Khorramshahr freedom operation it was required that this action to be done so quickly. All the discussions in Karbala Headquarters had faced with failures. During the last session, the commanders of the Army and Islamic Revolutionary Corps reached a joint plan which would spark the liberation of Khorramshahr city obviously.
This plan ought to be communicated with the commanders so quickly, but the problem was that who wanted to be the person that wanted to communicate the plan to the commanders.

Finally, after consultation, the responsibility of announcing this operation was given to martyr Sayyad Shirazi, and this issue was approved by Mohsen Rezaei.

After these discussions, martyr Sayyad Shirazi goes to the nearest station to Khorramshahr and then announces this issue to the commanders, then the commanders come together to make a decision in this field. The words of martyr Sayyad Shirazi were considered the most historic words during the meeting and it was followed with the discussion of the Corps and Army commanders.

The prevailing atmosphere of the meeting is described by martyr Sayyad Shirazi as follows: "I expressed the introduction in a way that they feel; there is no need to discuss anymore and in the other words the order is announced and that they must go there only to do what is supposed to be done. I told that that I have this commission to announce the decision of the headquarters demand to you, so please listen so well, so if you have any questions you can ask it from me and I will describe it more for you…”?

By announcing this plan, all the commanders had been so surprised, but after a few minutes the reactions started:

The first one who talked in this field was martyr Ahmad Motevaseliyan, the commander of the Brigade 27 of Hazrat Rasul. He was so courageous in this field and he said: What should be done? I did not understand how this plan was made? I said, as I said, this issue should not be discussed it is a command.”?

After this it was the turn of martyr Hussain Shahid Kharrazi and Ahmad Kazemi to seek the reason of the plan and this issue causes some discomfort to Lieutenant General Sayyad Shirazi, but the existence of Rahim Safavi ended the discussions.

"I saw that Mr Rahim Safavi was speaking on the corner of the meeting. He was asking the commanders to be calm. He was smiling too and he was saying that that is no problem. He knew that he should talk like this and he knew that this scene is natural and must be tolerated.”?

This behavior of Safavi caused that martyr Sayyad Shirazi to have more control on his behavior.
"I had been unaware and due to the psychological impact of Rahim Safavi, I increased my patience.”?
Suddenly the reactions change the governing atmosphere of the meeting in a way that Ahmad Motevaseliyan said: I’m so sorry that I expressed this issue. So we obey the command and now we will attempt to do what has been asked from us. So you don’t need to be worried about this issue anymore.”?

After that the other commanders obeyed what he said too. Brother Kharrazi also did the same thing and they coordinated with each other, and they attempted to enhance the commandership and to execute the command."

Thus all the forces did the plan that had been designed by the commander of Karbala Headquarters and they started the final phase of the operation and this operation was ended up with Khorramshahr liberation.
