According to the Shahed Cultural Information Base (SCIB), Ahad Dehbozorgi, the secretary of “Aashoura Poetry Evenings”? conference elaborated on the main objective of this conference, “Now is the time for many facts to be revealed about Aashoura and poets should look into these matters more deeply and open-mindedly”?. He pointed to this year’s conference and said “This year conference focuses on the stance of the children of Hazrat Zeinab (S), a topic rarely touched upon in contemporary literature; Due to this new topic, many valuable works created by the youth were sent to the conference secretariat”?. Mohammad-Amin Jafari, head of the youth section of this conference, gave an overall report of the conference and said “Aashura Poetry Evenings”? Conference started its twenty-first round this morning in Hafezieh Hall in Shiraz at the presence of Hassan Rezazadeh (governor-general of Fars Province), Hasel Asgari (the guidance director-general of Fars Province), Gholamreza Kafi (secretary of the conference), members of the board of judges and several poets”?. He added “In the beginning of the conference, Dr. Mohammad-Reza Sangari and Sayed Abolghasem Hosseni-Jarfa delivered lectures on the everlasting effects of Aashura on literature”?. Jafari concluded, “The student section of the conference will be held today in Fajr hall and tomorrow in Hafezieh hall in the presence of many students. The student section will be divided into two sub-sections: "Free" and "Children of Hazrat Zeinab”?.
