A consideration of effective factors to job satisfaction in Martyr Foundation of Sistan Va Baloochestan Province

This research considers the effective factors to job satisfaction of staffs. Research kind is descriptive. The statistical societies are the employees of martyr Foundation in Sistan Va Baloochestan. The total number of them was 102 persons that about 70 persons have been selected randomly for this research. In this research questionnaire has been used for gathering information. The considered statistical method in this plan is either descriptive or consumptive by Kh 2. The results of this research indicate that:
1. The current working conditions of organization and job satisfaction of Martyr Foundation staffs have been effective.
2. The majority of these persons have expressed the level of mental and affectionate needs medium and a little percentage of persons have expressed the mental affectionate needs little or in high levels.
3. The level of materialistic needs of staffs, are the causes of their job satisfaction which are not provided and only a few number of these persons are satisfied with materialistic advantages.
