The Anniversary Day of the Liberated Captives to the Islamic Country

According to Navideshahed base, the assistant manager of the Department of research and Cultural relationship of the Foundation of Martyrs' and Veterans' Affairs announced this and added: The suggested programs of the 26th of Mordad, the date that the released captives came back to the country, have been specified and the necessary instructions have been sent to the provinces. In order to hold better ceremonies and to make use of the experiences of the released captives and their active participation, we are intended to hold similar ceremonies throughout the country so that we have different festival in comparison to those of the previous years.
Dr. Abbas Khamehyar announced that the third aggregation of "Imam and the Released" would be held in cooperation with the Foundation of Martyrs' and Veterans' Affairs of Tehran, The institution to organize and publish Imam Khomeini's (R. T. A.) works as well as Paymae Azadegan Institute as one of the programs to glorify this date. He also mentioned that: on Wednesday 23rd of Mordad, some of the freed men will go to Jamamran and brig with them flowers to remember those martyrs who are now died and were themselves sorrowful for the death of Imam.
About the other programs of this day he said: recounting memories by the released captives, holding cultural and artistic matches, publishing special press issues in the national newspapers, and coordination to conduct TV and Radio interviews are some other programs to be held on this day.
