I Have Two Large Bags of Not Written Stories about Sacred Defense

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - Asadollah Mashayekhi said: "I have two large bags of not published articles about sacred defense. And I like to publish them in a book."

In an interview with Navideshahed; Mashayekhi said: "I cannot write a novel; but I am seeking a chance to publish my writings during the imposed war in a book; the writings that have not been published by now."
In continuation, Mashayekhi complained that some people had not published his articles. He said: "I don’t think the things I say about war are published. For instance, I sent a story to somewhere in order to be published. They complained why the champion of my story smoked cigarette!? It is not possible that I sit at my desk and close my eyes and write about sacred defense using my imagination. I can write the plot of the story; but I cannot sit and write about battle field with closed eyes."
This active journalist further said: "Many of people who came to battle fields were gray characters (Neither absolute black nor complete white). They smoked cigarettes, they loved someone, etc. The characteristics of many of these people however changed when they returned from battle fields. And it was due to the spirituality special for battle fields. Hence, we should reflect such changes in our works. I hope that publishers and institutions responsible for the rich culture of self sacrifice and martyrdom notice this fact in order that untold realities of war are clarified for everyone."
