One Million Pages of Sacred Defense Written Documents Collected

According to the reporter of Navideshahed; Colonel Ahmad Jannati Moheb attended the stand of “A Quarter of Century Sacred Defense Book”? in the Book Fair and said: “War Propagations Headquarters started working since beginning days of the imposed war of Iraq against Iran. The headquarters gradually filed newspapers and magazines about sacred defense.”?
National Center of Sacred Defense Documents has specialized libraries in Tehran and 30 provinces of the country. Information dissemination about documents of the imposed war is the main task of National Center of Sacred Defense Documents. And approximately one million pages of written documents about sacred defense have been collected in the form of 16 information banks and software. The information bank and software are now available for the interested people, Colonel Jannati Moheb added.

Head of National Center of Sacred Defense Documents divided “Research Center of Sacred Defense Sciences”? into two sections of “National Center of Sacred Defense Documents”? and “Center of Sacred Defense Encyclopedia”?. He further added: “Center of Sacred Defense Encyclopedia”? uses the documents existing at “National Center of Sacred Defense Documents”? for compiling books about sacred defense. This center is compiling a book under the title of “Sacred Defense Encyclopedia”? at the present time.”?
As for objectives of this center, Colonel Jannati said: “Collecting documents from related organizations and foundations is our main concern; for instance, we collect documents from Ministry of Education which include list of students dispatched to battle fields or the list of martyr students and public aids. These documents are available in this ministry
