“Third Day”? awards go to martyrs’ families

Director Mohammad Hossein Latifi and Producers Hamid Akhoundi and Alireza Jalali had announced their decision to present their Fajr Film Festival cash awards to the families of Martyrs Amanollahi and Nourani, both among the martyrs of the 34-day resistance of Khoramshahr. The producers are now officially handing over their awards to the members of these martyrs’ families in a ceremony held Wednesday, June 27. In the ceremony, attended by the film crew, A Samand car will be awarded to each of the families. Other parts of the ceremony will involve honoring the work of the director, cast and the crew of the film “The Third Day”?. Directed by Mohammad Hossein Latifi, “The Third Day”? was nominated for 12 awards in the 25th Fajr Film Festival. It managed to secure the best Film, best main actress and best stage and costume design awards. The ceremony is to take place June 27 in Sayed-Ol-shohada cultural hall at 20:00.
