“Jesus and Mohammed: Profound Differences and Surprising Similarities”? Published in Dutch

Navideshahed: The Dutch translation of the book on the similarities and differences of Jesus Christ and Muhammad (PBUT) is published for those interested in religious studies.

“Jesus und Mohammed; erstaunliche Unterschiede und überraschende Ähnlichkeiten”? originally “Jesus and Muhammad: Profound Differences and Surprising Similarities”? is published by Resch Publication, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

This book is in four sections including two sections titled “The Lives of Jesus and Muhammad”? and “Their Legacy in Words and Deeds”?.

Through its 20 sub sections, the author compares the two Abrahamic prophets on the message delivered to the world, their teachings about each other, healings and miracles and also their teachings about love, prayers as well as their attitudes towards women.

The author in part of the book he writes that many western readers who try to read Qur’an or hadith feel confused because they can read the English translation while they need more information in order for the words to make sense.

He continues with a reference to his heavy reliance on quotes from Qur’an, hadith and the Gospels to explain the stories of Jesus and Muhammad (PBUT).

Mark A Gabriel is a former professor of Islamic history at Al Azhar University, Cairo. His other books include “Islam and the Jews”? and also “Culture Clash: Islam’s War on America”?.
