“Stories of War City”? Was Translated
TEHRAN, (SCIB) – “Stories of War City”? that was written by “Habib Ahmad-zadeh”? was translated into English by “Sprakman”?. This book is a selection of different short stories.
According to the report of Navideshahed as quoting MEHR Press; “Paul Sparkman”?, the American translator of this book had already translated books such as “Journey to 270 Degrees”?, “Chess with the Machine of Judgment Day”? and “Esmaeel”? into English. He said: “I have translated the Book “Stories of War City”? completely. This book which is a selection of different short stories has been now delivered to the publisher that is the party of my contract.”?
He said that the deep, humanitarian and realistic look to war in these series of stories has been the main reason for him to choose this book for translation and publication in the country of America.
This American translator further added: “In order to complete the volume of the book, I translated the Story “Revenge, Revenge, Revenge”? written by “Habib Ahmad-zadeh”? and added it to this book.”?
It should be mentioned that the Book “Chess with the Machine of Judgment Day”? written by the same author had been already translated by “Paul Sprakman”? into English. This book was published in the country of America.
