Investigating the Degree of Satisfaction of the Shahed Families with the Services of the Martyr’s Foundation in Amol in 1990 _ 2000

The present research is aimed at investigating and studying the degree of satisfaction of the shahed families with the services of martyrs’ foundation in Amol. The major question of the research is to see if the martyrs’ Foundation could have satisfied shahed families by providing educational and training services, holding memories, employment, salary, giving aid, accommodation and …. The research methodology is statistical and the research community includes shahed families who are living in Amol and have their files in Martyrs’ Foundation from among whom the researcher has chosen 72 families at random. The means of collecting data were indirect observation and direct / indirect questionnaires.
In order to analyze the data collected different statistical methods such as Spearman and Condal’s correlation coefficient was used. With regard to the presented hypotheses which were about the degree of satisfaction of the shahed families with the services of martyrs’ foundation such as educational and training services, holding memories, employment, salary, giving aid, accommodation and …, it was clarified that there was no meaningful relationship between these services and the degree of the shahed families satisfaction.
