Unemployment is one of the most basic and important problems in most countries that has drawn the attention of many statesmen, economists, social and cultural managers to itself so that they try to solve it. Therefore with regard to the noticeable increase in the number of the unemployed and lack of job opportunities for the shahed children and employment rules on the basis of which the employment of the shahed children should be placed in priority, the present research is intended to analyze the effective factors on employment of the shahed children in governmental and private sectors.
The research methodology is analytical _ comparative and it is a field study research.
The research community includes the staff managers of the staff departments in those governmental and private organizations, institutions, factories and companies in Tehran province which have more than 100 staffs. 20 persons were chosen as samples at random.
In order to gather information questionnaire was used.
The results indicate that:
1.Acting according the rules and laws of employment for the employment of the shahed students will have impact on their employment in the governmental section.
2.Official actions on the part of Martyrs’ Foundation will have impact on their employment in the governmental section.
3.Making use of encouraging rules in the private sector will have impact on their employment in the governmental section.
4.The number of the shahed students who are employed in the governmental sector is more than that of the private sector.
5.The laws which indicate the priority of employing shahed children are not followed well.
6.There is no relation between conducting employment laws and supervision of their performances.
