The present research is intended to investigate effective elements on the educational fall of the shahed students. The research methodology is of post occurrence kind and the research community includes shahed students and high school students of Tehran during the academic year of 2001 _ 2002 and by the use of sampling at random 120 people were chosen as sample.
Information was collecting by referring to the report card of the students and a questionnaire made by the researcher. In order to analyze the data collected the K 2 Test and Students T _ Test were used.
The results show that there are not meaningful relationship between literacy level and income of the parents and educational fall of the shahed and non _ shahed high school students. There is not a meaningful difference between the educational fall of the shahed and non _ shahed high school students.
