One of the most known personal classifications is to divide people into secluded and outgoing people. In the present research it is tried to investigate the characteristics of the secluded and outgoing male and female shahed and non _ shahed students and some advices are suggested to the managers, parents and those who are responsible for training about correcting the behavior of the students. The research methodology is descriptive and the research community includes male and female shahed and non _ shahed students studying at grade 1, 2 and three of high school in 2001 _ 2002 in region two of the Ministry of Education Office in Shahr Kord.
The volume of the research samples includes 240 shahed and non _ shahed students (120 male and 120 female students). Th means of the research is Izenk’s Personality questionnaire of the Youths which includes 24 questions.
The method for studying and analyzing the data collected is descriptive statistics including (frequency, bare grade, percentage, average and variance …). For the test of the hypotheses the deductive statistics of T _ Test, variance test, Tuki Test (HSD) test were used.
The results of the research show that:
1.The non _ shahed students are more outgoing than the shahed students.
2.There is not a meaningful difference between the outgoing inclinations of the female shahed and non _ shahed students.
3.There is a meaningful difference among the averages of the male shahed students in different stages.
4.There is a meaningful difference among the averages of the male and female shahed and non _ shahed students in different stages. The shahed male students are more outgoing than the female shahed students.
