Evaluation of staff revenue is a vital process and one of those hypersensitive problems which the managers of association face it. Evidences show that, those in charge of associations are not satisfied with staff-evaluation systems.
This research aims at collecting information and views about evaluation marks of staff in job behavior criterion section. Statistical community includes: all usual staff and male experts of Martyrs’ foundation general office of Khorasan who were 40 and were evaluated in 2000. No sampling was done and all of them were studied.
This research was applied to collect information from job-behavior criterion form. Results show that: there is an obvious difference comparing marks of applied evaluation by supervisors in job-behavior section and the actual behavior of staff in statistical community of this research. Comparing the marks of applied evaluation by supervisors in job-behavior section and actual behavior of usual staff in statistical community of this research there is no significant difference and comparing marks of applied evaluation by supervisors in job-behavior section and the actual behavior of experts.
