Selection, appointment and reinstatement of managers are something that is highly considered by superior managers. The sacred constitution of Martyrs foundation can not be a exception too, so that this research aims at considering the process of selection, appointment and reinstatement of managers in Islamic Revolution Martyrs foundation and presenting a good pattern for that. This is a field and library research. Research community includes all director generals of provinces and central staffs, assistances, directors, bosses of Martyrs foundation of first class and especial cities from which 150 person were chosen randomly as samples. Measuring tool is questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods, two answer questions and variance analysis were applied to analyze the statistics. Results show that: 1- pecuniary and spiritual rewards were effective in reinstatement of managers. 2- Selection and appointment of regular personnel in managing levels are emphasized. 3- 91 percent of those who were questioned answered as follows: managers taking part in previously determined training courses after starting their managing have influenced on their revenue. 4- 85 percent of them stated that continual and suitable evaluation of managers function in order to recognize the capable managers were so effective in their revenue. 5- Managers should take part in predetermined training courses just after starting their management continually to promote their revenue. 6- Everybody who is considered as a manager should posses some expertise and managing conditions in addition to some general conditions which is the same in almost all the associations.
