studying effective cases about Job satisfaction among Martyrs organization of Sistan and Baloochestan province

This research considers the effective factors about job satisfaction of the working staff. Research type is descriptive. The statistical society includes the working staff of Sistan and Baloochestan province martyrs organization (totally 102 and 70 out of them were chosen randomly). In this research a questionnaire was applied for collecting information. The descriptive statistical method and illative way were used in this research. The results showed that:
1. The existing working conditions in the organization and job satisfaction of the working staff were effective.
2. Most of them considered the fact of inter organization mental necessity security as average and a little amount of them considered the case to be most important or the less important.
3. Supplying the working staff with material requisites didn't cause them to be satisfied with their jobs and just a small amount of them are satisfied in this way.
