It is so important to pay enough attention to working staff of an association as its highest property and the consent of them is so important as well to get them interested in their profession to be successful and achieving the final revenue for the association. Researcher tries to analyze the job satisfaction level among the working staff of Islamic Revolution Martyrs foundation of Mazanderan according to Hertzberg motivation method. It is a descriptive one. Statistical community of this research includes all the staff of Islamic Revolution Martyrs foundation who are working in 14 cities of the province. Samples are 346. Data gathering tool is questionnaire (Likert scale). The results show that 1- hygienic factors are more effective than other motives in increasing job satisfaction in Islamic Revolution Martyrs foundation of Mazanderan. 2- Progress can increase the job satisfaction level among Islamic Revolution Martyrs foundation of Mazanderan. 3- Taking part in association planning increases job satisfaction level. 4- Entrusting the staff with Responsible jobs increases the satisfaction and to get them interested in their jobs. 5- To express appreciation to their good job increases job satisfaction
