studying the mental and psychological condition of staff in Martyrs foundation of Tehran

This research considers the mental and psychological condition of staff in Martyrs foundation. It characterizes whether Martyrs foundation staff face mental anomaly or not? Statistical community includes all Martyrs foundation staff that was busy working in this office during the years: 2003-2004. 90 out of all were chosen randomly as samples. Experiment tool in this research is SCL90 Test. Variance analysis and standard deviation methods were applied to analyze the statistics. The results showed that there were no obvious pique among the staff but there were high records of depression.
