Working staff is of high value in an association. Job satisfaction of staff is so effective in increasing revenue and gaining the aims. The main end of this research is: recognizing and considering effective factors on increasing job satisfaction of central martyr's foundation staff. The research has been done using descriptive and correlative methods. Statistical community includes all experts of central martyrs foundation staff from whom 100 available person were chosen as samples. There are several ways to measure job satisfaction like as: evaluation measures, interview, critical events, obvious behaviors, facial measures and scientific tendencies. Researcher has applied a questionnaire influenced by job satisfaction questionnaire of Minnesota (which is one of the evaluation methods). Variance analysis of freedman, compatibility coefficient of choperof and Pierson correlation coefficient are applied. The results show that: 2.51 percent were satisfied with their jobs. 83.3 percent of them had AA or higher degrees. Always, there are direct relations between variables like as: educational levels, working backgrounds, suitable job, competence of managers, job security, job challenge and job satisfaction variable.
