Ayatollah Marashi Najafi Library to Smash Records in World Libraries

Foundation of the library was one of the greatest cultural services offered by the late Ayatollah Shahabodin Marashi Najafi, a historic Shi’a Marja in Qom.
His impressive library enjoys world recognition and is considered as one of the greatest cultural heritages in the world of Islam.
The library’s officials say they are planning to improve the center’s influence among Islamic scientific centers by garnering Islamic references and forming a massive storage of books and titles.
The project is aimed at forming an international Islamic center for cultural purposes which can display the great scientific achievements of Muslim thinkers throughout the past 12 centuries.
Furthermore, dissemination of the spirit of research and study in the society, informing researchers about great references in various topics, showing them impressive Islamic heritage to the thinkers and collecting Islamic manuscripts and placing them in one center are other goals of the project.
