Assistant Prayer
All forces of Karbala 4 military operation to collected in free point in afternoon. We were in brigade 12 of Ghaem. Martyr Biyarian was the commander of Osame group, and Mahdi Halvani his assistant.
Some nights we collected with each other. Mahmoud said: when I was an assistant in before, always prayed that the commander becomes martyred and his assistant be live for protection the Islam. But now I am the commander and prayed the commander be live and his assistant becomes martyred.
Then Martyr said: Look at Mahdi! What a light face he had. He is ready for martyrdom. And said to Mahdi again: send greets to martyrs and said to them we continue their ways and intercession us in that world.
One day Mahmoud to accomplish the group's work and Mahdi write his testament. Mahmoud said to Mahdi: go and give the grenade from the responsible. And then Mahmoud wants I forgive him. He said I don't come back. These words were so wonderful for who wants martyrdom for others. I said in joking: this act is occurred.
All the soldiers would like martyrdom, special "Mohammad Taghi Mahdavi". But he said seriously: "I become martyred". He admonished me and then I interested to him.
At that moment, they called me for searching the map of military operation. After a moment, we heard the mortar voice. We went to the martyrs and injured persons and collected them. Last of Martyr was Mahmoud, and end of injured Mahdi. I don't believe Mahmoud be martyred and Mahdi be injured in that condition who were full of blood in head.
My cry was so high that Seyed Mustafa came and said: the enemy gets this area, stand up and go!
