That strange night
The last time when the magnanimous martyr Seyed Ibrahim Siyadat went to the Front Lines, I was 12 years old. That day, I, like others, went to see the fighters. At the time of saying good-bye, martyr, Ibrahim Siyadat touched my head and said:
“My cousins, I would never return, don’t forget the mosque at all”?. “Don’t miss us.”?
He was martyred in Maoot, Iraq on 20-11-1987, and he left his family alone and his friends with his memories.
Sister, Tahereh Fiezolahi, the martyr’s wife says; it was midnight, my children and I were sleeping in the mosquito net on the roof of the house. It hadn’t passed but a few months from the martyrdom of Seyed that I couldn’t get used to the dark and long nights. That night a heavy wind was blowing and my heart was beating fast. The wind became heavier minute-by-minute. At that time, suddenly, I felt that Seyed Ibrahim is beside me. I was shocked. I was sure that I was dreaming, since I had never seen him in my dreams. It was necessary to overcome my fear. He lost my doubt and said kindly “Don’t fear Tahereh, I am always with you.”?
He stayed hours and I believed deeply that the martyrs are alive. On the horse of love, toward the hurricane, they went. They went to the top of the hill, on the first line of love. We wandered. Toward the light valley, the mono-riders had gone.
