President to pay homage to female war veterans
TEHRAN, (SCIB) - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will attend a congress July 5, to pay homage to intelligent and innovative women of the country as well women associated with the Sacred defense.
The congress will be held in the grand auditorium of the ministry of interior. Held on the occasion of the birthday of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH), the congress aims to pay spiritual homage to the country’s top women, Sa’eed Fallahpour, head of the public relations office of the Islamic propaganda council told reporters. Dr. Ahmadinejad will deliver a lecture on the role of women in Islamic society, Fallahpour added. The president’s mentor of the women’s center in the presidential office, Mr. Tabibzadeh, will present to the audience a report of the achievements of this center during the last year. The event will conclude with the distribution of awards by the present among the country’s top women.
