Chemically injured war veterans receive portrayal in Sacred Defense Theater Festival

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - The play “Across the Bridge”?, directed by Hossein Farrokhi, will be staged in the special section of the 12th national festival of Sacred Defense Theater.
The play portrays a chemically injured war veteran who lives in the suburbs of Tehran together with his wife and brother in law. The course of his life changes as he comes across an old friend. Hossein Rajayee Doust, Leili Moghimi, Reza Gilanpour and Amin Aban perform in this play, written by Nader Sa’eewar. Hossein Farrokhi has previously directed “Romeo and Juliet”?, and “Aghajoon’s glorious party”?. The 12th national sacred defense theater festival is being held September 5-11 in the three sections: stage plays, street plays and the special section.
