Cultural Foreign Guests Attend Anniversary of Imam Khomeini’s Pass Away

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - 550 foreign guests from 5 continents the ceremony of the 18th anniversary of Imam Khomeini’s pass away, Shahed Cultural Information Base reported as quoting Public Relations and Information Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organizations.

Mohammad-Ali Ansari, the head of the headquarters said: “The foreign guests who attend the ceremony will come from 28 countries.”? Most guests who attend the ceremony come from USA, UK, Bosnia, Macedonia, Germany, Albania, Austria and Persian Gulf littoral countries. There are also thousands of people coming from different countries of the world who pay for their expenses personally. They attend the ceremony on their own wishes, Mohammad-Ali Ansari added. Hundreds of foreign reporters who live in Iran and tens of foreign reporters from other countries will cover the ceremony. There will be other ceremonies held worldwide following coordinating with Iran Cultural Counsellorships in other countries, he further said.
