Navy martyrs memorial tablet to unveiled

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - sacred Defense museum of Khoramshahr is hosting an exhibition of the achievements of the Iranian Navy in defeat and capture of British mariners. The exhibition will open in the Holy defense week of this year and will continue until the dispatch season of Rahian-e- Noor Caravans when it can be views by Rahian-e- Noor visitors. 10 data-x-items of this exhibition will stay in the sacred defense museum of Khoramshahr for permanent exhibition. The exhibition includes photos, film, and artistic sketches and designs such as maquettes of the capture scenes of British invaders. The exhibition is soon going to announce a call for more artistic sketches and caricatures of this the capture of the British mariners to be displayed in the event. Both invasions by British mariners into Iranian territorial waters in 2004 and 2007 will presented in this exhibition. Images, sketches and films of the sovereignty of the Iranian Navy in the northeastern waters of Persian Gulf will be among other data-x-items of display in the exhibition. A tablet to commemorate the valour of Iranian navy martyrs who sacrificed their lives in navy battles against invasive army of the United States will be unveiled in the same exhibition.
