US-Saudi-Emirati Warplanes Wage Series of Night Raids on Sana’a

The US-Saudi-Emirati aggression waged a series of raids on the capital, Sana’a, early Sunday.

According to Navid Shahed website, Almasirah Net correspondent in Sana'a reported that the aggression launched eight raids on the Al-Hafa area and one on the Al-Nahdin area in the Al-Sabeen district.

He stated that the aggression's aircraft continued  roaming in the sky of the capital.

The aggression also launched a series of raids, during the past hours, on the governorates of Marib, Al-Jawf, Sa’adah and Hajjah.

Since the beginning of the latest escalation of the Saudi-American coalition, the aggression has launched daily night raids targeting residential neighborhoods in the capital, Sana'a, and Yemeni governorates, killing and wounding about 500 civilians.

Saudi Arabia, backed by the United States and regional allies, launched the war on Yemen in March 2015, with the goal of bringing the government of former Yemeni president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi back to power.

The US-Saudi aggression continues to target neighborhoods and populated areas and destroy the infrastructure and capabilities of the country, in light of a suspicious international silence.

The war has left hundreds of thousands of Yemenis dead and displaced millions more. It has also destroyed Yemen’s infrastructure and spread famine and infectious diseases there.
