One of the nurses who were almost 17 years old with a thick makeup and long and polished nails was working in the section of war injured patients and she would put bandage on the wounds. Despite of her different appearance, she would respect the devotees so much and she would struggle so much to assist the devotees as well. Someday Mohsen went to the hospital to visit one of his friends. He would consider wearing veil as something important. The unveiled nurse was putting bandage on the hand of his friend. The nurse asked Mohsen to give the scissors to her and since Mohsen did not wish to see the inappropriate appearance of her, he threw the scissors towards her. The nurse was doing her job sadly and after that she got out of the room. When the war veterans criticized to the behavior of Mohsen, he said: "These war veterans have fought against the enemy that this year such ladies to come out with this appearance?”

A few days passed and the nurse was not seen. One of the war veterans who had been injured went to the nurse in order to apologize. She said that the other units urged that she work with them and even her father is opposes her work so badly; but she does not wish to replace this unit and this valuable post with anything else.

Someday that it was a time close to New Year, a black guy from Abadan city whose half face had been burnt entered the room. His relationship with the nurse absorbed the attentions; in a way that one of the war veterans asked the reasons and they eventually noticed that the guy was her fiancé.

The nurse said: "At first her father opposed her work, but eventually he got satisfied and he allowed them to get married.”
